But when does a claim become false advertising? Can one provider be the areas ‘best garden room company’?
What even makes anyone the best after all. These hypothetical statements can’t hold a basis stronger than the subjectivity of the people involved, the business itself and it’s past customers
But how does any one provider offer something that another can’t?
The reality is they probably don’t. Paid ads are great for enquiries and require a punchy headline. But after that anyone can claim to be anything they want and there is clearly no one that can verify the claim and certainly no one to regulate its authenticity.

Research what the company really offers and more importantly look through their reviews, check their experience and ask questions on materials being used to include added extras etc
