Each build is made with the end users in mind and our specification and final finish can be customised to that end. Our team will visit and project manage the entire build. Planning permission and building control are always included as part of the package. We work along side the best sub contractors to ensure all of the water and electrical services are in place for a space that is ready for years of enjoyment.
Every Commercial space is fully insulated in the walls, floor and ceiling. We use high quality fixtures and fittings and a range of choices of finish for the floor, lights and sockets. If you want something different then we will happily source more options. All of our rooms are made to the mm to fit your space. We can clad in a range of options and finish internally as standard with a plastered and painted interior. There are no compromises. Just perfectly crafted spaces.
