Building a fully connected habitable garden annex is now increasingly popular. We will handle the entire process from initial consultation, to planning permission and building control where required. All spaces can be finished to your exact tastes and requirements. With fully fitted kitchen and bathroom options available. As bespoke or off the shelf as you want, we can add a host of extras like air conditioning and security cameras or composite deck areas to complete the space.
Every Garden Annex is fully insulated in the walls, floor and ceiling. We use high quality fixtures and fittings and a range of choices of finish for the floor, lights and sockets. If you want something different then we will happily source more options. All of our rooms are made to the mm to fit your space. We can clad in a range of options and finish internally as standard with a plastered and painted interior. There are no compromises. Just perfectly crafted spaces.
