Ark Design Build were tasked with the full turn key project of this incredible space on the border of Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent.
The clients required planning permission due to the scale and height of the studio, this was handled by our team. We included large expanses of bifold doors to open up for those summer months as well as a single rear entry door for practicality. Two large fixed skylights flood the space with light in the main space.
A modest size en-suite area serves a party space that includes a bespoke DJ booth and fully inter-grated sound system throughout. This is then all complimented with a bar area and storage system to the longest wall.
Clad in Thermowood outside and in, the studio is the definition of luxury at a price and format our clients found too good to pass by. They now have a space they can use all year round that ticks all of the boxes within their original spec.
