Train from you own garden with a gym studio
Set in an angled garden in a new development in Tunbridge wells, Kent. This project needed a planning application due to the restrictions set out by the developers. The client decided to also make the studio taller due to the above. Ark design build handled the full planning application as well as liaising with the developer and neighbours to push through the required paperwork.
Multi room garden studio
While the larger of the two spaces was set aside for the training area, an additional smaller storage unit was created to one side. The entire studio was angled at this join to maximise the garden space and follow an angled fence line. Externally the store room had a full access door and internally a space saving sliding door was fitted. The client chose to finish the rear wall with an underwater themed mural for that personal finish.

Planning permission for larger garden studios
